Refund policy

For any Return or Exchange to occur original packaging must remain intact, unused and undamaged.

Exchanges are only accepted for any of these occurrences.

The wrong parts were ordered for the year and model of the bike.

  • If you ordered the wrong part we can organize an exchange but you are responsible for all return shipping costs plus any difference in the cost of the exchanged item. Please contact us and we will advise you on the most secure shipping method.
  • The incorrect parts can only be exchanged for the correct ones upon safe return of the original ordered parts. ( Return postage is at the buyers expense.) Please contact us first by email so we can help you quickly and advise whether the parts are to be returned to our Australian or our US warehouse. The address will be provided. 
  • If the parts ordered are incorrect and the correct parts are more expensive, an invoice will be sent for the difference.
  • If the parts ordered are incorrect and the correct parts are less expensive a refund will be sent for the difference
  • Please note all returns must be sent back within 4 weeks of purchase

Items received from the order were incorrect or defective.

  • The faulty will be exchanged or refunded upon return. Please contact us first by email so we can help you quickly. We may be able to solve the problem without the need to send the parts back. We will also advise whether the parts are to be returned to our Australian or our US warehouse. The address will be provided. 
  • Reasonable postage costs incurred to return the parts will be refunded. If you are unsure how to return your parts please ask us first.
