I placed an order of the reaper exhaust tips. Somehow they arrived for the wrong exhaust. Probably my fault. I contacted them right away and they arranged for me to ship the tips to a US location and immediately shipped me out a new correct set of reaper tips. Had them installed the following week. Great customer service and a quality item.
